The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) HIV/AIDS Funding: CDC funding includes HIV Prevention Cooperative Agreements, HIV/AIDS Surveillance Cooperative Agreements, Community-Based/Capacity Building Assistance Providers, Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH), Expanded HIV Testing in African American Communities Initiative, and miscellaneous grants. Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA): HOPWA provides housing assistance and related support services for low-income persons with HIV/AIDS and their families. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): SAMHSA funding includes funding for the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). Office of Minority Health (OMH): OMH funding includes funding for the HIV/AIDS Health Promotion and Education Cooperative Agreements, the Technical Assistance and Capacity Development Demonstration Grant Program, Bilingual/Bicultural Demonstration Program, Community Partnerships to Improve Minority Health, and the Minority Community Health Partnership HIV/AIDS Program.
