Maryland: HIV Testing in Ellicott City on February 16

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is Feb. 7; an event related to the awareness campaign is planned for Feb. 16 at St. John Baptist Church, 8910 Old Annapolis Rd. (Route 108), Ellicott City. The Howard County Health Department is helping stage the observance, which will include anonymous HIV testing and counseling, HIV prevention materials for all ages, food, and child care. The program will take place from 9 a.m. to noon; telephone 410-992-6977.
