cd4>1200,VL<50 meds -truvada,prezista/r, raltegravir. All lab values were normal except:bun27,cl109, agap6.0alb4.8,hdl34,a/g ratio 1.8 glu100.I exercise alot and take whey protein for resistance training.60yrs old,144lbs,5'9" do those lab values show possible renal problems? Should any further testing be done? thankyou

Perhaps. You don't indicate if there are other underlying problems like high blood pressure or diabetes that could also be affecting the kidneys. I assume no based on your health life style and exercise. You also don't indicate what your serum creatinine is, another important test for kidney function. The creatinine should be in the range of about 0.5 to 1.2. The BUN is a little high, but could have been related to exercise or perhaps dehydration when the test was obtained.
