Sudden rise of vl ,normal cd4 counts

Dear mark i am a 34yo gay man from athens greece.i am hiv+ for little more than a year now and my labs is as follow,07/07/07:vl:6270(vdlr positive 1/256)cd4:1015,cd4%:35,1,t4/t8:1.0,10/11/07:vl:3230(vdlr positive 1/2),cd4:1002,cd4%:37,4%,t4/t8:1.1,02/12/08:vl:2100(vdlr negative)cd4:1018,cd4%:38,7,t4/t8:1.1,06/11/08:vl:12660,cd4:934,cd4%:38,9,t4/t8:1.2.why this sudden (6 fold) significant rise in viral load?even when i had syphillis vl was much lower ,is some kind of infection?or the virus start to take the upper hand in my immune system? thank you in advance

That increase is unlikely to be clinically significant. Given your normal CD4 count and percent and no significant change in them over the last year, I would predict that the viral load will settle back down on the next reading.
