Conceving a Child

I am HIV+ but healthy. I am a gay male and am thinking about starting my own family. My question is, since i do not have sexual intercouse with women, if it is possible for doctors to "clean" my sperm of the virus and in vitro into a negative woman, or what is the steps I would have to take including costs?
Response from Dr. Moyle
